Mr. Armstrong has a history of developing technical and marketing companies in TV, film, and radio production, international television and film distribution, and the computer industry. In 1991, he founded DG Systems, Inc., a publicly held (NASDAQ: DGIT), national, multimedia digital delivery network company. DGS was a first-of-its-kind business, utilizing computer technology for high-quality, high-speed distribution of electronic media.

With thirty years experience in the motion picture/television fields, Mr. Armstrong is familiar with all aspects of the media business and related marketing, promotion, production, and distribution areas. Most notable is Mr. Armstrong's proven ability to develop and implement new strategies and technologies that improve efficiency and profitability for media-related business models.

Eugene Hill comes to SpotMagic, Inc., bringing with him his extensive experience as CFO, Domestic and International Treasury; Finance; Strategy; and Banking. As CFO of BuySellBid.com, Eugene organized and managed selection of Investment Bankers, Securities Attorney, and an Audit firm. Eugene managed and organized all financial functions in preparation for IPO. Prior to his role at BuySellBid.com, Eugene was CFO of Fatpipe Software, where he organized and managed road shows with buy and sell side analysts. Eugene was responsible for the management and organization of all financial functions, including: SEC reporting, outside reporting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, risk management, investor meetings, establishing and maintaining relationships with shareholders and debt holders.

Eugene has held Treasurer positions at Cisco Systems, Inc. (Approx. $2 Billion in Revenue in 95) and The Santa Cruz Corporation ($150 Million Revenue). At Cisco, Eugene established a world class international Treasury Department. At The Santa Cruz Corporation, Eugene established a worldwide cash sweep program, which decreased float time by 5 days, and s Managed incentive stock option plan for 1,000 employees.

Ms. Solis has a 15-year background in media production and broadcast including on-air positions in Santa Barbara and at five major San Francisco radio stations with additional responsibilities as production manager and production assistant. Prior to becoming a founder of SpotMagic, she participated in the early development of DG Systems, Inc., and operated Media3, a San Francisco commercial radio production company.

Ms. Solis' work in production and communications add a strong dimension to her experience in business development.

Mr. Fiset, in his 27 years in the advertising & broadcast field, has raised millions of promotional & broadcast dollars, and has used his indomitable creative drive to provide many bottom-line success stories. With an extensive background in all aspects of broadcast marketing, promotion, and media planning, he has assisted major sponsors and networks in national sales promotions, campaign coordination & advertising, production & syndication, supervision and sales media negotiations. As media consultant, he provides winning strategies and organization for marketing department structure and supervision, Identity package and sales materials, database marketing, corporate/consumer collateral, and Web site design.

Mr. Fiset has also organized major music act tours and won numerous awards. He earned his BA in Advertising from San Jose State University and sits on the board for several organizations.
